We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Tech for a 196-unit property located in Independence, Oregon. We seek employees who are willing to grow their skillsets and learn and maintain knowledge of fair housing and landlord tenant laws. Our Maintenance Techs are mentored by our Director of Maintenance through an in-house training process and attend several annual trainings to ensure employees are updated with the most pressing issues in our industry. We believe candidates with the following Experience, Skills, Attributes and Education will be the best fit for our Maintenance Tech team. Position: Maintenance Tech is full-time, 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, 8-5pm. Experience / Skills Grounds / Pool: Techs are responsible for ensuring the grounds and pool are exceptionally maintained. Service Requests: We strive to complete our resident work orders within 24 hours. Work orders can vary from garbage disposal repairs, clogged toilets, door locks, etc. Turnovers: We conduct pre-inspections at time of notice and prep accordingly to comply with a 5-7 day turnover goal. Turnovers include minor maintenance such as light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs and paperwork reporting. Preventative Maintenance: Our Techs are key to adhering to our company wide PM plan to ensure we maintain our assets for the long term.
