Must have own reliable vehicle with valid Oregon Driver's License and applicable maintenance tools, High School diploma or GED Equivalent. At a minimum, you will need to perform certain tasks in a professional manner: Minor Plumbing, electrical, structural, carpentry, grounds upkeep, interior and exterior painting. Experience in sprinkler systems, flooring, siding, door and window install is a plus. Much painting, cleaning, grounds upkeep, dump runs, grounds equipment maintenance.
