Private HOA Community seeking a Clubhouse Porter/Maintenance *FULL TIME* employee. Job duties include but are not limited to the following: General maintenance and cleaning of community clubhouse (vacuuming/mopping, dusting, bathrooms, garbage) table and chair set up and break down, moving and/or breaking down boxes, installation and removal of elevator pads in resident suite buildings, and sanitizing of buildings, furniture and communal surfaces both indoors and outdoors.
