Description
Imagine, taxing wealthy corporations.... who use ships, trains, and trucks on our rivers, tracks, and roads....a little bit more to pay for some cleaning and fixing up, all while producing jobs for people who like to do that type of work rather then lay around at home posting on Craigslist. I'm old, but I wouldn't mind a job handing out water to thirsty workers.
