Rental Property Repairman needed

We are a small real estate management company/LLC in need of a basic repairman to tend to every day repairs that come up at the various rental properties we own throughout the greater Binghamton area, part time, about 15-20 hours per week. Experienced preferred in: basic plumbing repair, basic electrical repair, servicing boilers and furnaces, glass and window installation, flooring and carpet installation, and minor exterior porch and stairs repairs. Pay will be determined by experience though most of our basic repairmen work at an hourly rate between $20-$25 an hour. If you own a pick up truck, that will be a bonus but not a necessity.
