Handyman needed for on-call appointments

We our an HVAC, electric, and plumbing company. We are in the need for 1 or 2 handymen to work in our new Handyman Department during its trial period. If successful, we will be able to keep on with more hourly potential per week. We have two vacant territories. We need a knowledgeable person that can work in the ‘metro MD & DC area’ OR the ‘metro VA & DC area.’ Your territory will be the state you live in + DC. During the trial period for the department, we will be pretty non-formal. The schedule with all available jobs in the desired work area will be communicated by text/ email. Respond back if AVAILABLE or NOT AVAILABLE. MOST jobs are prepaid in full however some jobs, require extra material or time to complete but this is not known until arrival on site. In these cases, if your client agrees to the additional charges, this will be considered an “up sell” and you will receive 75% of all additional funds collected as a bonus payment. (We will pay any additional material costs) (Commission will be paid out minus all company paid material costs AFTER customer payment is completed) -Jobs will be handyman tasks such as; change faucet, wall mount tv’s, change a light fixture, install a vanity mirror, hang a window ac, install a fan, change garbage disposal -Pay $18 per hour (paid weekly via PayPal or CashApp) -Starting out will be small 1-3 hour quick tasks (1-2 per day) totaling about 20 hours per week -Time starts on arrival of job site -Travel is not paid. For that reason, worker has choice in job acceptance -Must have reliable vehicle, tools, and at least a step ladder to reach home ceilings
