Currently accepting applicants for: -Tree Climber -Ground Crew Arbor Valley Tree Service, a Baltimore-based professional tree care company, is looking for people with tree climbing and/or ground crew experience to join our crew. We are located along the Falls Road/I-83 corridor near the Baltimore County/City line. Positions are available immediately. Applicants should have a demonstrated ability to perform ground crew and/or tree climber duties in support of specific job assignments in urban forestry, as directed by crew leader or designated supervisor. Applicants must be able to communicate well with all crew members and crew leaders. A strong attendance and safety record and a desire to learn and improve job skills is highly desirable. Applicants must have and maintain a valid and clean driver's license. College coursework or a degree in arboriculture and/or a related field is highly valuable. This is a full-time position. Compensation is based upon qualifications, experience, and performance. Employees are eligible for 5 paid holidays per year and a Simple IRA retirement plan with employer matching up to 3% of your annual compensation.
