Job Description This position performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the physical aspects of the buildings, apartments, equipment, grounds and common areas of the property meet standard for safety, cleanliness, appearance and overall functionality. Typical workday activities: - Prepare apartments for occupancy - Complete work orders in priority and timely fashion which includes plumbing, appliance, and other repairs common to residences. - Maintain HVAC equipment - Maintain cleanliness of exterior and parking areas - All activities to be performed in according to the property's methods and standards We are looking for - Knowledge of and skills required to maintain all features of residential property - Knowledgeable and safe use of and maintenance of hand tools, power tools and mechanical equipment - Professionalism in manner, work and dress - Excellent communication skills including verbal and writing, basic math concepts, and ability to solve problems presented by the maintenance work you would be performing - Valid EPA Certification We offer - Competitive wage - Benefit package which includes medical, dental, vision, disability insurance - Holiday and vacation package
