Job Description Flooring Detailer/Estimator Midwest Flooring is looking for Flooring Estimators with at least one year of experience in the flooring industry. Responsibilities and Duties: *Review / interpret job documents and specifications *Timely scheduling and completion of measure details *Conduct in-home measures *Create flooring take-offs for ceramic, vinyl, backsplash, carpet, wood and laminate flooring *Review measure details to assure a precise and accurate bid package / proposal *Communicate and develop relationships with clients Qualifications and Skills: Flooring Detailer/Estimator * One year of experience in the flooring industry *Dependable / Hard Working *Team Player / Good Communicator *Organized / Detailed-oriented *Able to multi-task and easily adjust to different needs / tasks *Able to work proficiently with computers and software applications *Measuring/basic math skills Job Type: Full-time
