Full time nanny needed for 1 child

Hello! We are looking for a full-time nanny to take care of our 4 month-old little boy. My husband and I both work full time, and would be looking for someone to work approximately 8:30-4:30 M-F (though we're flexible if something works better!). We are planning to offer guaranteed hours, paid vacation and sick time, and are hoping that the right person will stay with us for a long time. Ideally, we'd like someone to start at the beginning of May, but again, are flexible for the right person.
