Landscaping/Sprinkler/French Drain work

Need experienced person to take up the following work (One or more of the this) 1. There is irrigation problem in the back lawn - can be solved by grading or through installing a FRENCH DRAIN. 2. There is no power going to some sections of the sprinkler system. One sprinkler head is to be replaced. 3. The retaining wall needs to be refinished with cement to prevent weeds that you see on the top. 4. Entire front and back yard need to be redone.- back yard may need vegetable beds and new grass. Front yard needs new grass. You must be experienced, have references - need pictures of previously done work. Material will be provided. you provide the skills and labor. Payment after each piece of work is done. Need at least crew of 2.
