Compensation: $16-$22/hr Employment type: Full or Part Time Moving company is located near downtown Dallas. Our company is growing and we are expanding our crews. We are looking for positive, upbeat, energetic, goal driven individuals to join our team. We are currently looking for experienced crew leads, drivers, helpers and packers. Part time and Full time positions are available. Moving experience is preferred. Bilingual Spanish speakers are also being sought for all positions. Driver Position Requirements: We are looking for individuals 25 years or older with good driving records. Drivers must be clean cut, professional, honest, customer focused, able to lead a crew. The driving position does not require a CDL. Our fleet of trucks are 24' box trucks. Our trucks are similar to a large Penske or Ryder truck. Our Drivers/Crew Leads are required to move furniture. Starting pay is $16-$22 per hour depending on experience. Promotional opportunities available for motivated individuals. Our movers receive cash tips from ($100-$500) a week. Bonuses are offered on special projects with sensitive completion deadlines. Helper Position Requirements: Helpers must be at least 18 years old. Helpers need to be clean cut, professional, honest, customer focused, and able to take direction from the Crew Lead and execute orders and work independently when needed. Helpers are required to wrap, load, unload, and walk up and down stairs. Starting pay is $16-$18 per hour depending on experience. Promotional opportunities available for motivated individuals. Our movers receive cash tips from ($100-$500) a week. Bonuses are offered on special projects with sensitive completion deadlines. Job Qualifications: • Cell phones • Email address. • Candidates for all positions must have reliable transportation to get to and from our warehouse location • Drivers must have a tool bag • Must be able to drive a 24ft box truck - if applying for driving position • Driver must be able to go over move paperwork and accurately calculate move charges • Must be able to provide excellent customer service • Crew members must be able to get along with each other and display a positive attitude while representing our company • Drivers and Movers must have the physical strength, stamina and mind power to meet the physical demands of the position. *Drivers and Movers must be able to lift 20-60 pounds multiple times in a day.
