A local fire extinguisher service company is now accepting applications for licensed, experienced Fire Extinguisher Technicians or we will train. Duties include installation, inspection, and repairs of extinguishers in commercial & residential settings. May also include repair and recharge of extinguishers. Benefits of working for our company: *We pay $15.00; NO SALES *A service vehicle will be provided, and we cover the cost of daily gas expense. *We give the following paid holidays off - Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day, New Years Day and July 4th if it falls on a Monday -Friday, and is a regularly scheduled work day for employee. *We also offer PTO Job Requirements - Education, training, experience: *We are seeking a candidate who wants a FULL-TIME, stable job with a growing company. *Fire Extinguisher license - FEL (Class B). *Self Motivator with little direct supervision required *Conduct inspections for new and established customers in a timely manner while maintaining high standard of quality work *Extensive knowledge of all fire extinguishers *Ability to complete and identify code issues and solutions *Knowledge and ability to survey equipment and complete paperwork *Perform work in efficient and organized matter *Maintain accurate and precise documentation daily *Clear, legible handwriting a must * Display professional appearance * Maintain a clean and safe work environment *Professional communication with customers and ability to provide excellent customer service *Motivated to achieve a high standard of productivity *Work with sense of urgency *High school diploma or GED required *Valid and clean driver's license required *Must pass a drug screen and background check *Must have references ***Those individuals with former military experience, are encouraged to apply.*** ** Dress code is jeans, company shirt (provided) and steel boots.
