Pathfinder//HDD installs underground fiber optic networks in Central Ok. We are looking for an individual with experience in ariel/fiber optic installation and to supervise overhead crews. Ideal candidate has experience: - Reading prints/plans - Managing 5-10 direct reports - Redlining - Dealing with customers - Working and managing multiple priorities - Delivering safe, quality, profitable projects - Operating at a high pace in a constantly changing environment - Leads by example and works with the crew in outdoor conditions - Candidate should have a reasonably clean driving record, drug-free, organized, with a good attitude and strong people skills. - High School diploma/GED, or equivalent required - Bilingual a plus - Experience with Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Spreadsheets - Full-time - CDL Preferred - Pay-base on experience - This is a safety sensitive position.
