I'm looking for someone to give me some basic guitar lessons. I'm an older guy who likes heavy metal like Godsmack, Black Sabbath, Alice in Chains, Disturbed, Three Days Grace, Tool, etc. Mostly bands that use drop-D tuning or lower. I just need to gain some true basic guitar skills. I'm trying to find somebody talented and experienced who wouldn't mind giving lessons to someone eager to learn correctly. I've had guitars for years but I've never gotten beyond a few two or three finger chords. All I know how to play are the intros and riffs to a bunch of songs. I do far better one on one, in person. I'm covid free and safe. So, if you have some spare time,like the bands above, and live locally, ( Greater New Bedford area only ) let me know what you would want for lessons. I'm free during the day. Thanks
