Garden Space Needed

Hello! I'm renting in the Hiawatha neighborhood and hoping to do some gardening this spring/summer. Unfortunately, as a renter, I don't have much control over the use of my green-space. The community gardens in this area are also limited so I'm sitting on many seeds without a place to plant them :( I was hoping someone would be willing to let me till their yard, bring in soil, put up a little fence to keep out bunnies, etc. However much space you have or are willing to convert works for me. Also, if you have an existing garden space you don't have the energy to maintain anymore, I'm your man! I would love to work out a rental agreement where I pay you monthly, or another setup where you are entitled to a certain percentage of what the garden produces/based on your own needs and wants.
