. . 4 Seasons Carpet Workshop is a Flooring Installation company working for the Big Blue Box Home Improvement Stores installing residential flooring. We are Expanding & Growing and looking to HIRE and TRAIN People to INSTALL !!! Looking for Several OUTGOING and AMBITIOUS people WANTING to Learn a Skilled TRADE.. Become a FLOOR Covering INSTALLER.... several types of floors to learn - start with carpet which is the easiest to learn, then there is also ceramic tile / backsplash, pre-finished hardwood, laminate and vinyl - both sheet & plank. No experience required... Training is provided.. some experience or no experience or lots of experience...we still want to hear from you!!! It helps if you do need to have a general understanding of basic construction concepts MUST Pass a Criminal Background Check and have a Current Valid Drivers License We will provide: On the Job Training, pay an hourly wage to you for working and being shown how to do a variety of installation tasks. We will teach you EVERYTHING you need to be SUCCESSFUL. We Build up our crews skills and empower them with the knowledge to succeed. You will bring: the Desire & Willingness to learn a Skilled Trade (Floor Covering Installation-carpet, laminate, hardwood, vinyl plank, ceramic tile) Get paid to Learn a Career in the Skilled Trades Field. Flooring Installer We are looking for people who want to learn a TRADE - Floor installation Once you learn the trade and are very skilled/experienced in installing the different floor coverings, we will help you to create your own "Company". We will help you in getting the necessary paperwork for certification/licenses, etc.. You'll work for us as one of our sub-contractors as we continue to "develop your "skills". We are about Teaching people a skilled trade to support themselves and their family for many years to come.
