Maintenance Tech needed for 2 multi family buildings in Chicago. Must have at least 2yrs experience. This position is part time (16hrs per week) with on call responsibilities one full week per month. Pay is $16 per hour. Must have a basic knowledge of all maintenance areas including but not limited to: Plumbing Electrical Carpentry HVAC Appliances General Maintenance This is a W9 position
