Landlord looking for on call PT experienced maintenance person to do painting / cleaning / repairs etc. This is not full time work. This is on call when vacancy occurs or when occupied unit needs maintenance, faucets repair /replace.. switch or outlet or fixture work. painting a rental.. carpentry knowledge.. troubleshooting a repair. etc. carpet cleaning..floor installation.. etc.. anything that goes wrong in a rental need someone to fix. send a complete resume with background and experience and references..
