Looking for a long term sitter or nanny for a 5 month old boy! Needs: - Understands infact care or willing to learn. - Shows up on time and gives ample notice of time off. (I run a small business myself and I am very forgiving but the one thing I can't deal with is my work being negatively impacted by no shows or being late.) - Has good time management and understands that babies require consistent schedules and nap times.
