Small company with huge client load- setting interviews now for several positions for 1099 positions.
Manager/crew leader- will be expected to work with crews as well as independently helping organize, set protocols, implement procedures, bidding, client retention, managing profit and loss- monitoring hours and making sure jobs are well in green. Previous experience an absolute must. 7 days a week april thru jan- from 7am until 9pm sometimes later must be able to put in at least 45 hours a week. Having truck with hitch is a huge help!
Crew members- having a van or truck is necessary.
Must be able to work independently or with a crew- skilled in different areas. Able to jump from landscaping jobs, to handyman work, to snow removal- just well versed in different areas of knowledge. Expected to do things in a very timely fashion, honest with hours, working while on clock, positive attitude, able to wear uniform (it's not ugly), work full time morning and afternoon shifts available. April thru Jan. 7 days a week 14 hours a day available. Be able to follow instructions, problem solve when needed, advertise for company to neighbors and people who ask.
Clean cut, no drugs or alcohol on job, able to work without bothering clients in a great way. Able to do checklist after and communicate quickly on location, Problems, etc. Basic common sense and being able to be easy going and roll with it.
This is a great job can be flexible if you are reliable. Good pay, not difficult work. No flakes, bad attitudes or taking advantage of not having constant supervision will be tolerated. Looking for someone who we can trust and rely on without stress or nonsense. If you can't do something tell us, I'd you can try it tell us that as well. $20 an hr plus tips. Or by job plus tips. Some jobs piece rate. Minimum of 20 an hour but if you are taking advantage of clock that's the last day you will work.
