Experienced Residential Cleaner for Lead Role

The Cleanest House Denver is looking for an experienced residential cleaner to be hired and trained as our newest team lead. Here's who we are looking for- 1. Must have previous professional residential cleaning experience and are already really, really good at cleaning (but willing to learn some more tips and tricks and can accept feedback). Please do not apply if you have not cleaned professionally. Its a requirement for this role. 2. Must have a car that is reliable, insured, registered and both you and your car can drive in the snow. 3. Must have open availability Mon-Fri, and some Saturdays. This position will start 3 days per week and move to 5 days per week once fully trained. 4. We are looking for a leader who is confident, dependable, sees the job all the way through, and is a great example for other employees. You must be able to work independently and with a team. 5. Able to perform physical work 5 days per week. 6. Has a friendly personality/demeanor, good manners, clean appearance, customer service skills, speaks English fluently (bonus if you speak Spanish too!), and is comfortable giving direction to other cleaners as well as communicating in person with clients. This is the main reason its a leadership position in our business... you're the face of the business out in the field! 7. Ability to problem solve and take initiative. We are always here to help problem solve when you're stuck, but we want you to be empowered to make your own decisions. 8. Impeccable ethics. We are in private homes. It is imperative that you are of a high ethical and moral standard as our reputation depends on clients' ability to trust us in their homes and to use discretion. 9. This is a weird one, but you must have either 20/20 vision or wear glasses/contacts. The finer details are hugely important and good eyesight is the first step! 10. Must have a smartphone as we communicate and operate through an app. Here's what's else you should know... -This is a contract position for which you will receive a 1099. -$16/hr during the training/trial period after which you will be paid $20/hr with room for growth and bonuses.
