Candidates are needed to represent the company in a professional manner and to ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidates will have flexible schedules and a good attitude. Duties & Responsibilities: Moving furniture in and out of individual's homes and providing excellent customer service during pickups and deliveries. Safely packing, wrapping and labeling items, loading trucks and securing cargo. Consistently finding the best route or the best way, being able to lead small teams effectively and being able to handle a large number of competing priorities. Behaves in a professional manner and follows instruction from crew leader and adheres to all company policies and safety rules. Performs all duties in adherence with company safety standards and within the specifications of the estimated man hours. Must wear company-approved uniform and maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company and providing service to customers. Display professional conduct, courtesy, and manners when entering and performing work in the customer's homes or office. Respectful of customer's property and personal space.
