Handyman about 4 hours of minor tasks needed at 2 downtown houses

I need someone to help with some minor handyman tasks at my primary residence and a rental property and I am ready to work immediately. This will probably take 3 to 4 hours to do, it may take less, it may take a bit more. It's not a lot of work. Please provide your price for the jobs. I am going to come out and say I am willing to pay someone $105.00 to do all this, which I figure is about $25.00 an hour plus gas, but if you think another price is fair please let me know or send me your hourly rate. My wife and I can do almost all of this ourselves but I am a very busy professional and don't have time due to a large plumbing issue on a rental property that I have to handle asap. Both properties are within 2-3 miles from downtown San Antonio and are about 10-15 minutes max from each other. If you do a good job I'll consider you for bigger projects and I have one this weekend (please don't ask until I've seen your work). I'm a nice guy and fair to work with, my handyman had shoulder surgery and is out for two plus months. I'm available any time today thru Saturday, or Sunday from 7am-3pm, although I'd like to knock this out by Saturday. I will pay you as soon as the project is finished. You need to have a bank account because I am paying via check. Here's what I need done: Primary Residence: -See Picture #1. I need my DirectTV box taken down from my roof and I can help you. This will require you having tools to take it down because things need to be unscrewed. It's pretty accessible if you have a ladder. I have an 8 foot ladder, it's not very sturdy so I need you to bring your own. It's not very high up, probably 12 to 15 feet. I think this job will take about 30 minutes and like I said I can help you. I don't believe it requires getting on the roof. -See Picture #2. I need someone to get 2 shelves like the ones in this picture back into place. We had to get some plumbing done and they don't fit. This is probably really easy to do but I'm not talented at fixing things. Not sure how long this will take probably 10-20 minutes, should be quick. -See Picture #3 I need a cover plate or something to fill in this hole in picture 2. This should be very fast 5 minutes just need the right thing to cover it. Rental Property- I don't have pictures for these right now. I will post them later. --See Picture 4, I need silicon or a similar substance spread across the West side of my house. I'm not sure how long this will take, I will be helping with this in order to knock it out. -I need 2 solar panel installed, one on the front of this house and one on the back. My wife can do this, it takes her about 30 minutes, but I want to save her the hassle. -I need both DirectTV boxes removed from my roof and some wires cut that are abandoned. I think this will probably take 30 minutes to 1 hour. This is pretty high up but not too crazy. I have a Little Giant ladder that you can use on this property. I think it gets 16 feet high. It's a 2 story house about 15-20 feet I'd say. I can help you as much as possible. -I need someone to wrap about 2-3 ties around a chain link fence attached to my aluminum fence. Should be very easy and only take 10 minutes. I'll provide the ties. Ties may not be the right word. There may be 1-2 more minor things that I am forgetting and when I say minor they'll take 20 minutes or less.
