Qualifications Restoration: 2 years (Preferred) Full Job Description: Job responsibilities vary but expect to preform on-site clean-up and restoration services including fire clean-up, water extraction, and mold removal, among other skills. Boxing, loading, and unloading customer contents could be required so should be able to do some heavy lifting. This person is expected to lead a team (or run jobs completely on their own) with a professional appearance and attitude. They must be able to provide the highest level of customer service. Attention to detail is a must. Requirements: Experience in cleaning and fire/water/mold restoration Knowledge of proper use of mitigation equipment and basic hand tools Valid drivers license with clean record We offer 24-hour Emergency Services - must be willing to be 'on call' Reliable cell phone Reliable transportation Must be dependable IICRC certifications preferred but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Ability to Commute/Relocate: Osage Beach, MO (Preferred) Experience: Restoration: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: Lake of the Ozarks area (Multiple locations) Typical start time: 8:00am Typical end time: 4:00pm Work Remotely: Typically No. If so would only be 2-3 days in St. Louis area to back up St. Louis branch.
