Established Real Estate Developer seeks Painter/Drywall Specialist to work on home renovations. The right candidate will have reliable transportation, basic tools, be able to pass a background check, and be looking for permanent, steady work 40+ hours per week. Projects are in Polk, Hillsborough, and Pinellas Counties. Must have experience/skills with wall prep, interior and exterior painting, hanging drywall, taping, mud, sanding. Position will also assist with demo. Proven general handyman skills a plus. $20-25/hour depending on experience/skills
