Established Real Estate Developer seeks Carpenter/Handyman to work on home renovations. The right candidate will have reliable transportation, most basic tools, be able to pass a background check, and be looking for permanent, steady work 40 hours per week. Projects are located in Polk, Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Manatee Counties. Experience/skills in: -High quality general carpentry and finish skills -Installing doors and windows and trim -Installing kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities -Installing engineered hardwood and laminate flooring -Installing baseboards -Installing/repairing Drywall, tape, mud -Installing vinyl siding -Light plumbing—install toilets and sinks -Light electrical--Install Ceiling fans/light fixtures, replace outlets/switches -Installing fence, panels, posts and gates -Painting $25-33/hour depending on experience/skills
