Property manager S. Waverly compensation:DOE, Onsite living in the future, after trial period. Training available for the right person Honesty. We are seeking an individual to repair/maintain our buildings, acreage and improve our acreage and nursery. A variety of on-site duties will need to be performed and you must be able to regularly lift 75 lbs. Some metal shop support work will be included periodically. Ideal person MUST be reliable, independent, trustworthy and clean. Multiple additional building projects, irrigation, dig holes, plant trees and fertilizing will be included as well as moving and planting trees, etc...Serious inquiries only please. Looking for a longterm person to work on our property projects. Will work alone on most projects which are multi-week endeavors. This is an outdoor position and working outside in the weather is a required part of this job. Rain gear will be provided. Must be self-motivated, trustworthy, honest and take pride in your work. This is a job and you must work and not just walk around. Must be able to handle the Florida weather and have own transportation. A review after 30 days.
