California Closets is currently hiring for Shop/Machine Operator position in our Post Falls location. California Closets is the original innovator of in-home, custom designed storage solutions. Through 30+ years, we have grown from in-home closets to all areas of the home and business. Job Description: The responsibility of this position is to produce high-quality closet products Position Requirements: Positive attitude, organized and energetic Detail oriented personality that can communicate and work in a team environment Punctual and reliable with an excellent work ethic Available full-time Monday-Friday Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation This position is physically demanding and fast-paced Able to lift 50+ pounds and move materials to machinery and assisting the shop techs Basic mathematical ability, ability to read and use basic measurement tools and devices We offer: Training provided $15-$18 per hour depending on experience Benefits including dental, vision, health insurance Matching 401k Weekends, holidays, and vacation
