THIS POSITION INCLUDES SALARY AND HOUSING We are looking for a Full Time Landscaper with Maintenance skills to assist with maintaining a large manufactured home park. Your primary responsibilities will be the upkeep of the grounds and appearance of the park property. Experience in landscaping such as mowing, edging, irrigation repairs and weed removal encouraged. A general knowledge of minor plumbing and electrical as well as painting and drywall repair helpful to assist on rehabbing onsite and incoming manufactured homes. Able to work mostly outdoors and be on call every other month for after hour emergencies.
