Experienced deckhand/ ocean crew needed

Looking for an experienced deck hand to help on commercial fishing vessel mainly targeting lobster (October-March). Looking for a seasoned ocean fairing individual that understands weather patterns, swells, anchoring, and some diesel mechanics would be wonderful. You will be working along side myself who owns the boat, permit, gear etc and have years of back deck experience. Looking for a right hand person that will be working on a % of the catch. Also willing to train back deck duties but need someone who is very familiar with the channel/ Channel Islands and know what they doing out there.
