Maintenance Technician (Full Time) Advanced Structural Technologies (AST) is an Oxnard, Ca based manufacturing business that produces products for a variety of industries using Forging, Flow Forming, and Machining technologies. AST currently has an opening for a “hands-on” Maintenance Technician for our 1st shift operations. Responsibilities will include: • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machines and equipment • Preventative maintenance on machines • General maintenance task on building Skills and Experience should include: • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment • Must have a strong mechanical background • Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing • Experience with CNC machines helpful • Welding experience preferred • Must be able to read and understand equipment drawings/manuals • Forklift experience preferred • Ability to lift, carry and move medium to heavyweights of 50 pounds • Detail orientated with ability to multi-task • Must be able to complete work with only minimal supervision • Spanish speaking a plus Education • High school or equivalent
