Our company is powered by Main St and uses top of the industry knowledge and technology to grow the business. We take interior and exterior paint jobs that range in size and complexity. Jobs at Cardinal Painting Services are booked, scheduled, and managed by our team. All we need is you, to go out and complete the paint job. We aim to keep you busy and build a strong professional relationship! RESPONSIBILITIES: • Set up and clean up at job sites • Prepare surfaces for painting • Prime and paint surfaces with quality paint to ensure a uniform finish • Maintain clean and organized work area • Create and maintains positive communication with customers • Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner • Inspect work for the highest quality • Maintain strict attention to detail when working at customer’s property • Follow all safety policies and procedures QUALIFICATIONS • All equipment/supplies: brushes, drop cloths, vehicle, etc. • 2-4 years of professional painting experience • Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Exceptional customer service skills • Quality conscious and detail-oriented • Must have general liability insurance and worker's compensation.
