Verifiable field experience as an HVAC Service Technician 2. The ability and discipline required to work independently and diagnose HVAC and light refrigeration systems 3. Must possess all tools to perform work, gauges, vacuum pump,torches, etc. 4. Be trustworthy, reliable and respond to service calls 5. Entrepreneur type personality, this position plays a crucial role in developing new business and growth in the service dept 6. Integrity and character to lead and to accurately represent our company to the community 7. Valid Florida Drivers License with clean driving record - no suspensions within the last 3 years 8. NATE certified or be willing and able to become NATE certified within 60 days of being hired 9. Neat and professional appearance 10.
