We are a growing company seeking experienced bi-lingual landscapers to provide services in prominent communities in the DFW Metroplex. We are looking for hard-working, career-minded candidates that have a passion for creating beautiful landscapes. Individuals must be able to work in a team environment in positive, professional, and efficient manner with a high attention to detail, quality, and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities include: - Planting trees, shrubs, and flowers - Trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs - Installing mulch and sod - Removing unwanted plant material, grading, and other site work - Installing retention walls and drainage systems - Installing pavers, rock, shell or other hardscapes - Installing Artificial Turf + but not require - Performing general landscaping clean up duties - Reviewing landscape and job specifications - Maintain positive client relationships - Adhere to company safety policies - Prepare installation sites - Operate power equipment (such as rototillers, chainsaws, sod cutters and trenchers) - Install plants, landscape lighting, and hardscape features (including retaining walls and paving stones) - Haul and spread topsoil, stone, mulch and other landscape materials - Operate tools, including rakes, shovels, saws, axes and shears - Rake leaves and prune shrubs as needed Skills and Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years’ experience in landscaping installation - Moderate Plant/ Tree knowledge - Personality- Respectful, Reliable, Motivated, Adaptable, Problem-solving, Positive, Trustworthy, Responsible, and Safety-minded, Team-player - Physically fit to work outside - Basic Irrigation knowledge - Experience with Pavers and other hardscapes - Valid Drivers License - Must be Bi-lingual in Spanish and English ** To Apply, Call or Text 214-617-8385, If we don't answer, leave a message with your best contact info, please**
