Transition Packer for Seniors Managed Moves is a unique, full service downsizing, moving and estate liquidation company that specializes in working with seniors moving into retirement communities in the Portland metro area. We are looking for professional, and patient individuals who can work independently as well as with a team to efficiently complete pack jobs and work within a designated time frame. This takes the ability to see the big picture of the project, have clear communication with the client and prioritize and organize accordingly. Requirements: • Exceptional organization • Ability to see the "big picture" and be mindful of the space and time • Customer service oriented, while focusing on the completion of the project • Clear communication skills • Physical fitness • Can work independently or with a team • Dependable transportation, ability to transport packing materials to jobs • Clean criminal background • Smart phone Our packers also unpack at the destination, completely setting up the new home in an organized fashion. Additional opportunities include estate clean out sorting/packing, internal transfer moves as well as training and supervisory roles. Part time 15-35hrs/wk, $17/hr + PTO. Packers start at $16 through working interview and training, $17/hr when working independently with clients. 3 month review and annual reviews thereafter.
