ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: *Visual sorting of recycled goods according to department, type, material, and quality *Follow established procedures to sort/prepare items by factors determined by the Supervisor *Help maintain an organized, safe, and clean work environment *Other duties, as assigned MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS: *Ability to work in extreme weather. (ie,rain, snow, hot, cold...) *Ability to safely lift 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, as well as bend, stoop reach, and walk on uneven surfaces *Basic verbal communication in English and/or Spanish(Espanol) required *Willingness to cross-train on other functions *Complete a drug screen
