Full Time Evening Janitorial Team Leader/Production Support ServiceMaster Guaranteed Commercial Cleaning is a 47-year-old family-owned commercial cleaning company. We are currently hiring a Full-Time Team Leader/Production Support person. Schedule: Thursday-Monday Thurs, Fri, Mon- start time 4pm Sat and Sun- start time 3pm You will start your shift in office, assisting the evening supervisor in prepping for the night, this includes, pulling keys and account info sheets. Stocking company vehicles, learning the company cleaning procedures and products. The next part of your shift will be driving a company vehicle to different accounts with team members to do the janitorial cleaning and training of new employees that we have hired. Essential Functions/Responsibilities: • Cleaning of commercial buildings. Includes, restroom cleaning, re-stocking, sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing touch points, removing trash and recycling. • Driving a company vehicle. • Assist in training new employees. • Attend on-site monthly safety meeting. • Fill out daily logs. • Develop professional working relationships with co-works, supervisor, manager and office staff. Requirements: Valid driver’s license and good driving record. 6 months to a year in commercial janitorial cleaning. 6 months of leading and training a crew(s). Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must be able to pass E-verify. Excellent Attendance. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Take pride in your work. Be detail-oriented.
