I am small local contractor specializing in handyman jobs who is looking for someone for approximately 30 plus hours a week to do a variety of jobs. Tasks include painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, yard work, clean up and maintenance. General carpentry skills and a working knowledge of tools a plus. Must have a valid drivers license.
