Found a chihuahua walking along the tracks

I found a missing chihuahua that seems to be parted from her owner. Her nails are trimmed so she seems to have been taken care of well for the most part I located her walking northbound on the train tracks at the intersection of SE wilson She seems to be anxious and scared, wanting to get back home & to her owner Gonna take her to brightside humane society if nobody claims her soon. Will need a valid description of her before i can return her to her owner
