Contractor-Install interior wall, door and light

Hi!!! I have a room that needs the following..... -frame a ??' wall with 2x4s and leave a rough opening 32"x82"(to fit a 30x80 door) -run exposed romex to nearby outlet and run it into frame(encase exposed in emt) -install lightswitch in framing and new ceiling light -install 8 sheets of drywall and spackle -install prehung interior door -move current ceiling light a few feet over -sand and paint (wall gray, trim white, touch up ceiling white if neeeded -install baseboard and door trim on both sides Materials are all there We do NOT send workers money prior to starting on "labor only work" We can send 1/3 after the frame is at least half way up this would take me about 12 man hours to do and i am no where near FAST and PRODUCTIVE. im guessing anyone with experience could cut that in half we pay cashapp, venmo or paypal We can pay $500 for this job text 917 442 7840
