Team member will be tasked with cleaning and maintaining self-service and automatic car wash facility. Individual will be accountable for ensuring the equipment are running as required for customer’s use. Assisting customers with their sales transactions, attending to them while using the self-serve amenities and areas. Conducting housekeeping in an effort to maintaining safe, sanitized, a clean customer environment is a MUST. Carrying out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management in efforts to keep the grounds clean, sanitized and safe for everyone is mandatory. QUALIFICATIONS: NOTE: This is a labor-intensive job, It requires physical labor. · Hold a Valid Unrestricted Texas Drivers License. · High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred. · Some College, Technical or Trade School Preferred. · Previous Customer Service experience in Car Wash Industry: PREFERRED · Able to effectively communicate in ENGLISH; verbally and in writing. BILINGUAL is a plus · Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Employees are required to work outside in all seasons, all types of weather and in a loud environment due to car wash equipment. Employees will also be in constant motion, standing for long periods of time (2+ consecutive hours) and will have many physical activities, such as lifting (0-25) pounds.
