Must be 18 years old and have reliable transportation to our yard in White Mills, PA (Wayne County). Job duties include, but are not limited to, all facets of: Landscaping Lawn care Hardscaping Tree removal Equipment operation (skidsteer, excavator, zero-turn mower) Firewood (using a log splitter, stacking or delivering wood). Must be punctual, able to lift and carry at least 30 pounds and follow directions. Please be aware there is no smoking or vaping permitted in the work trucks or on jobsites. We start all candidates out with a paid working interview. If we decide to add you to our team, we will discuss hourly rate at that time. Pay rates will reflect ability, experience and skills. Currently $10 to $14 per hour. Hours are somewhat flexible and will fluctuate based on weather conditions. Crews most often work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm. We will also work longer hours & Saturdays during late spring & early summer, when we are busiest. Random drug testing may be performed if supervisor deems necessary.
