Starkweather Roofing is seeking an experienced candidate to fill a position Single-Ply Superintendent. Our ideal candidate will be one that is committed to keeping Starkweather Roofing as a premier commercial roofing company, be able to communicate efficiently and effectively with all levels of employees, and possess knowledge of the industry and necessary skills in order oversee our Single-ply business. Duties: • Understands Commercial roofing systems, specifically single-ply roofing • Finds solution to service issues • Oversees all Single-Ply roofing jobs • Ensures crews are trained and communicated company expectations • Creates proper safe work environment for crews to perform work that eliminates potential issues • Identifies potential issues prior to starting projects • Represents company to proudly to the highest levels of respect and professionalism • Trains crews to meet high service standards • Performs an inspection upon completion to satisfy customers • Desires to grow and improve constantly Qualities Characteristics Aptitude: • Experience in roofing, specifically Single-Ply roofing systems • Team player orientation. Ability to interface with all levels within the organization and external customer • Efficient work ethics • Must be a self-starter, goal oriented, cooperative, and have a high energy level • Must be organized and systematic in work • Fluent ability to operate different phone application • Precise in communication properly in way all can understood clearly • Strong work ethics • Positive, Polite Location and Type: Full time employment, Phoenix, AZ Job Type: Full-time Experience: • Single-Ply Roofing - Service: 5-7 years (Required) License: • driver license (Required) This is the career you have been looking for!
