Description

Traffic and Lighting Systems (TLS) is currently seeking construction crew members, concrete finishers, and equipment operators to join our Tulsa team. Available positions will be responsible for working as a team with their designated crew to construct and install highway lighting, traffic signals, and toll equipment for our clients. This position will require some travel out of town (within the state, home on weekends) with compensation and transportation to accommodate. Job Duties Include (but not limited to): •Assist with excavation (shoveling rock out of areas heavy equipment cannot reach) •Pulling wire (electrical cables, conduit, etc.) •Loading/unloading job site materials Minimum Requirements (no exceptions): •Valid Oklahoma Driver's License •Travel to and from job sites with occasional overnight stay (transportation and hotel are company provided; travel will stay within the state and will return home for the weekends) •Obtain Class A CDL with company assistance within first 90 days of employment •Pass pre-employment screening (Human Performance Evaluation, drug screen, and DOT physical) Schedule : Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm with overtime as needed Company Benefits: •PTO •7 Paid Holidays •401K (4% matching) •Insurance (HSA, FSA, Vision, Dental, Cancer, etc.) Pay is based on experience.
