Why are you paying hundreds for "mutts"?r

Back in the day that is what a dog of mixed breeds was called. People loaded up mixed breed dogs or cats and would sit in Walmart parking lots trying to give them away. Now people are paying 100's for a mixed breed animal, some have probably never been vet checked, they may look like a breed that is in demand so someone looking to make a buck with zero care about the animals posts an ad wanting the " breed appropriate" fee for an animal with NO official papperwork?? And people fall for that?? Why would you ask a fee for what is normally deemed the regular expenses a responsible pet owner pays to ensure their pet is healthy and happy. Most love their pets like a family member(some more than family) do you people ask for all the money you've put into your child when they leave home to live on their own or marry??? Please go look at your local shelters for animals that have been checked by a vet, they're already fixed and most are just sweet animals that have for whatever reason wound up not having a human to love... Please quit even contemplating a pet through craigslist. Not to mention it states clearly, very clearly that asking a SMALL adoption fee here is allowed...SELLING pets for hundreds is NOT allowed. Please shut the scammers down and visit your shelters.
