Description
POSITION: Entry Level General Laborer/Woodworker
SHIFT:
1st Shift: 7AM-5:30PM, M-F (half days Saturday) @ $12/HR
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Safely construct floor and roof trusses in accordance to customer expectations and company procedures;
Successfully translate work orders and building instructions into a quality finished product;
Accurately cut angles in wood for trusses;
Hammer grussets/plates onto trusses;
Run trusses into roller machine;
Move and stack trusses;
Operate equipment as trained and in accordance to designated safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to commit to a 40+ hour work week
Ability and willingness to learn new skills
Able to work hands-on and use hand tools
Heavy lifting 30+ pounds
Attention to Detail
Able to work in the Taylor, TX area
Must be able to stand for 8 – 10 hours per shift.
