Toscana Country Club, a premier country club community in Indian Wells, Ca has immediate openings for a full-time year-round Houseman. Previous housekeeping/maintenance experience is a required. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the Full-time Houseman are: Wash windows and remove cobwebs. Wash, clean and polish light fixtures and awnings as assigned. Keep all hallways clean and wash as needed. Clean trophy cabinets once a month. Clean windows and sliding doors daily in La Cucina. Keep pool area floors clean – wash as needed. Clean tent as needed. On a daily basis: • Inspect and wash windows and restrooms. • Clean patio tables and chairs. • Carry ladders and heavy hoses to clean patios and windows. • Sweep and mop area patio area. • Clean and polish elevator to wine cellar. • Dust and clean table and decorations in wine cellar. • Sweep and mop stairs to wine cellar. • Men’s locker room patio needs to be cleaned before 7 am every Other duties as assigned. PHYSICAL DEMANDS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is required to walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Must be able to carry ladders and heavy hoses to clean patios. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and distance vision.
