Original poster: someone from my past used to send me beautiful lyrics and poems and just notes when he was thinking of me. I bet foolishly let him get away and it’s the biggest regret of my life. I was young and dumb and really just didn’t know the work a relationship needed. Now, 10+ years later I think about him all the time and I miss him so much. Thank you for your post as it gave me a glimmer of hope that he might miss me too. And at very least, it was nice to reminisce about the past.
