Need Sub-contractor for the 4 USARC sites to perform lawn care (24 cuts), 1 Spring clean-up, 1 aerate/fertilize/weed control, 1 Fall clean-up, and 1 one time fence line clean/clear. Sub must have on equipment, 5 years experience, insurance, and references. Work will start in April 2021 and conclude Nov 30, 2021. Has 4 one year options. Sub and employees must pass background check as these are military facilities. I have attached a copy of the statement of work and each service is defined at par 5. Contact me if interested.
